How can I contact your company?
Any way you prefer! More than 90% of our customers choose to document
& send their questions to us via email. That way, we can review them
with extra care and respond in detail to each individual query. In most
cases, replies are sent back within just a few hours...making us proud to
have one of the fastest response time records among companies on the
Internet! We do appreciate your patience, however, during peak seasons
(i.e., April/May and November/December) when responses still come quickly but may take up to 24 hours. If email is not your
forté, you can also
telephone The Paper Store at 1-800-90-WRITE during regular business hours
with any general questions you might have. Phone lines do become extremely
loaded during the peak seasons noted above, however, and answers are
generally not as thorough since voice-to-voice communications do not
enable representatives to review the entirety of your request as closely
or as carefully. Email is our preferred method of communication and the
one through which we provide the highest quality of service. Orders
for papers listed on this site are placed exclusively via our fast,
secure, on-line ordering system and cannot be placed via telephone.
What kinds of sources do you use?
The answer to this question varies so greatly from paper to paper. It
really depends on the scope of the original customer's request when we first
conducted the research that went in to the paper they ordered. Most
of our reports contain journal sources, scholarly publications, and
internet sites. Since we primarily assist college students, the caliber of
our research is most definitely at a "college level" but the type
of sources used really depends on the topic at-hand. If you have a
question about the sources used for a particular paper that you've found
listed on our site, we encourage you to email
us and request a free copy of that paper's bibliography before
ordering it!
